Jax is 37 months old.
This week we worked on the letter Hh.
I always start off introducing the letter with the power point presentation. That’s Jaxson’s favorite and then we end up doing it every day as we start our work.
I’ll stop here and say that when Jax found out we were doing the letter Hh, he got so excited and ran to his room. He dug out this hat and told me he had to wear a hat because it started with the letter Hh. So cute.
He wrote out his letter Hh. Again, this was easy peasy for him.
And we colored our Hh cards.
Once we do that, we cut them out and put them in our corresponding color envelope so he can stick them on his bulletin board. This week we’re also talking about the letter blue.
Next up, taping our Bible verse together.
And we colored our Bible verse paper. (Honor your Father and your Mother. Exodus 20:12)
This coloring page was perfect because it has a Dad, Mom, boy, and girl. So he instantly knew the boy was him and the girl was the baby.
For games this week, we also played Hi-ho Cheerio. He loves this game but he doesn’t play it correctly yet. We just sort out the pieces into the different color baskets. Which is still learning!
We also worked on the abc powerpoint and the CVC words powerpoint. I thought the abc one would be too boring for him, but he loved it. And the CVC words one would be too hard, but he actually got a lot of the words right before the pictures came up.
And almost every day this week we got out his alphabet puzzle.
